Entertainment has released today some court documents (view them here) in which popstar Britney Spears is reportedly to have to pay up to US$200,000 to cover lots of fees to her to her conservatorship legal team.Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz made the ruling last Thursday (Sept. 25th), Another hearing regarding Britney’s legal problems is scheduled to October 28th. In Addition, Goetz has granted Britney’s father and coconservator Jamie Spears the authority to sell Britney’s Beverly Hills-area mansion with the assistence of real estate agent Tomer Fridman of Ewing & Associates in Calabasas.According to court terms, the purchase must be equal or exceed the value of property and Fridman can’t get more than 5% of commission.Britney’s Beverly Hills mansion went on sale for US$7,9 million later September 2008.
