Sam Lufti maybe thinking that nothing, even a restraining order, can keep him away from superstar Britney Spears.Lufti was served two weeks ago, is fighting back and has enlisted the help of Britney Spears herself to overturn the order.

Sam Lufti, who’s banned from going within 250 yards of the pop singer contacted Britney via a third party to sway the popstar back on his side.”I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her” … “I am innocent. I am Britney’s friend and would never hurt her.”

Based on Britney Spears’ mom Lynne Spears testimony, Sam was drugging Britney and controlling everything in her life.Lufti’s spokesman Michael Sands says : “Sam is a good guy who does not agree with this restraining order”.

Sam will be in court March 17 for a hearing, where he’ll claim Britney had access to drugs from other people and her life is being taken over by her father and co-conservator of her assets, Jamie Spears.
